Sizzling Hot SEO WordPress Plugins

wordpress-seo-plugin

I’ve been whore’d around the wordpress world…..
I’ve been on the dark side with spammers and black-hats
And was converted to the other side
with Whitehat bloggers and Grayhatters.

Now I consider myself white-hat blogger, with a bit of gray ;)

These are the SEO Plug-IN’s I use right Now!
At a minimal you’ll NEED the AllInONEseoPACk

All In One Seo Pack
Makes your blog Google friendly
Meta-description
Meta-Keywords, etc.

Google XML Sitemaps
Makes your blog easier to crawl for spiders (Google can find all your pages )

MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer
Every-time you Edit your Post you PING all the sites in you list.
Now If you have to edit the post more than 3 times in a minute you may be
banned from all the pinging sites! They will think you are SPAM site.
And ban your site ~ This plug-in stops this from happening :)

Virtual Silo
This plugin STOPS Google PR link leakage.
It removes helps remove duplicate/redundant pages from your blog,
thus saving and redirecting your link juice to where it’s suppose to go.

WP Auto Tagger
This plugin rocks! — It creates tags for you automatically! I’am lazy so I love this :)

  1. Hi Brad,

Thanks for sharing this. I am a massive fan of both the All in One SEO Pack and the Google XML Sitemaps.

I have not seen the MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer or the Virtual Silo before so I will check them out.

  4. Brad,

Thanks for the plugin list… Just got wp-auto-tagger going.

Like you said it rocks.. Can I ask you what is PR link linkage.

    Cheers,

  5. Hi Brad,

Thanks for your post, I only had the first two plug-ins. I have a question on the Ping Optimizer. If you have this plug in then do you need to deactivate the ping section in your wordpress settings? I was wondering how that worked on editing your posts, because I tend to not get it right the first time around. LOL

    Thanks, Heidi

  6. Hey Brad!

Great post!! I’ve been using most the plugins you mention myself – but not the Virtual Silo or the Ping Optimiser – will go and check them out.

Actually, I wasn’t using WP Auto Tagger, rather a different auto tagging plugin that was a bit flaky – I’ll take a look at your suggestion too though – as manual tagging is something I forget to do on ocassion and then have to edit my blog post!

    Cheers for the suggestions dude,
    Iain.

  8. Hi Brad,

Some great advice here. I have installed some of these but not all.

Going back to my blog now to install the others.
