Iam heading down to Vegas for my first internet marketing conference. I soo excited to finally meet some of the Alex Jeffreys Crew. This will be my first time going to vegas, it’s gonna be some good times :)

I’ve been very fortunate to be able to attend. I’ll make sure to take some pictures and video to share with you all.

One of my readers, Asked:

Hi:
I’m a fellow student of Alex Jeffreys and heard you are the expert on links, etc.
Could you get back to me on the following?

What is a pingback?

Every time I post a new entry, I get one of these ping back comments.

Should I approve them or not?

It seems that my post is repeated on the site the ping comes
from even if I don’t approve the comment. I’d rather not approve them because
I think they clutter up the comment area, but I don’t know if not
approving them diminishes their results.

Thanks, Sandy

A PingBack, just means that someone just talked about your site.

WordPress explains it clearly:

For example, Yvonne writes an interesting article on her Web log. Kathleen reads Yvonne’s article and comments about it, linking back to Yvonne’s original post. Using pingback, Kathleen’s software can automatically notify Yvonne that her post has been linked to, and Yvonne’s software can then include this information on her site.

Most of the time, it’s a spam blog, scraper sites, or RSS scraper.
They post a snippet of your blog post in order to get Fresh content (SEO)
and cheap links from people, building NO Valve what-so-ever.
It’s normally grayhat black-hat blog trick. If’s it one of these type
of comments just delete them!

Sometimes, It’s actually a person talking good things about your blog.
If it is then you might want approve them :)

It’s fine if you delete the comments, but make sure you check them,
because sometimes it’s a real person.

Does that make sense? – Please Comment if you need further help :)

How to Get JV Partners

Posted by: | Comments (6)

Getting JV Partners

In my Last Post “Finding Joint Venture Parnters“, I told you the names of some of the biggest
Joint Venture Partners in the Internet Marketing Niche.

I got this comment from Matt Wolfe

Hey Brad,
Great post! I definitely think joint venture partners are important. Some of the people on your list seem a little bit untouchable. I do hope to meet and collaborate with some of them someday. I saw that you are in the coaching with Alex Jeffreys. I can’t wait to see the path that that leads us down. Good luck to you. I’ll be checking back often!

Now, He’s right on one point. If none of those people don’t know you.

They will probably just delete your email.

If you don’t have the time to “be-friend” them then I have another way for you guys!

JV Partners

I call them Launchees.
They are affiliates that just promote “product launches”
There are hundreds of them looking for new products to promote.

Just sign-up to these sites below and post your product launch.
The affiliates will see your JV partners offer and depending on how good the offer is
you’ll get anywhere from 10-800+ affiliates promoting your product.
*Posting your “Product Launch” on these sites is Free and/or Paid*

The two sites I use are:
http://productcalendar.com/post
http://www.jvproductlaunch.com/

Others I’ve found.
http://www.jvnotifypro.com/
http://www.jvalert.com/
http://www.jv-network.com

Now, I’ve not yet launched my own product. How Do I know this works?

Because I am a Launchee! :)

I’ve promoted a few product launches
and made good money.

I hope this info is helpful to you guys :)
Now get out there and find some JV partners!
